or "length clear," this refers to the exact length
of the bristles, or filaments, measured from the tip of the
bristles, or filaments, to where they meet the metal ferrule.
Nap:
Pile length of the fabric
on a roller cover. Measured from the exterior surface of the
core to the top of the fabric.
Phenolic:
Resin used to impregnate
paper to create the crush-resistant, reusable core on our roller
covers.
